Pre-orders

Persona Band is currently available for pre-order. Orders ship in December 2026. We'll email you the moment your order leaves, with a tracking number. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Email help@yourpersona.com with your order number.

United States

Shipping within the United States is free on every order.

International

We ship to most countries. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are included in the price shown at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Delivery times

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days within the United States and 5 to 15 business days internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Address changes

You can update your shipping address any time before your order ships by emailing help@yourpersona.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
